The Deming Residence

Every wall was taken down. The Deming Residence remodel was a massive undertaking, but its pay-off was great! An interesting part of the project was discovering that the house hadn’t been built totally squarely at first, which made measurements taken at one side of the room inconsistent with measurements at the other end.

Because of this discovery, the floors and walls got rebuilt and squared up. Mr. Deming was a good resource to have on the job, since he owns a metal-working business, NW Iron Craft. This was convenient since he was able to do all of the metalwork for the remodel!
